Base Audio Return Policy

Base Audio is please to offer a 30 day return policy for all new G7 headphones. Therefore, you may return items that are complete and like new for any reason within 30 days of original purchase.
How to make a return
1. Get a Return Authorization by email at sales@base-audio.com or call 800-381-1794 to request authorization.

2. Pack your items carefully
Returned items must be new and in the original packaging, complete with all original accessories and manuals.

3. Return Shipping Cost
For all returns, the customer is responsible for shipping charges and duties to our service facility at; Base Audio, 5000 Birch Street, Suite 3000, West Tower, Newport Beach, California 92660.

4. Refund method
Refunds must be issued to the same credit card, debit card, gift certificate, or other form of payment used in the original transaction.

5. Items must be new
Base Audio may refuse a customer return or charge a restocking fee when the returned item is not like new. Examples of conditions that will lead to refused returns or restocking fees include when the returned item has
• A different serial number than the one Base Audio originally shipped.
• Missing parts or the original product packing material.
• Damage because it was improperly packaged for return shipment.
• Damage from drops, spilled liquid, or mishandling.

6. How will you know if we have received your return?
We will email or mail you a letter confirming that the return was processed.

7. How long does it take Base Audio to process your return?
After we receive your package, we normally process your exchange or refund within two business days.
