Base Audio Product Limited Warranty

It is our sincere expectation that our audio products will provide years of  quality listening pleasure. However, in the event an issue were to occur, the G7 and G12 Headphones are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase. The G8 and G9 Earphones are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase This warranty is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Limited Warranty.

This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable to subsequent purchasers. This warranty specifically excludes all incidental and consequential damages, implied warranties of merchantability and warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, and is limited to the express written terms of this Limited Warranty.

If during the warranty period, your audio product malfunctions as a result of faulty materials or workmanship, we will repair the defect(s) or replace the headset as deemed appropriate at our sole discretion. If replacement is deemed necessary by our service department, we will replace it with one of the same or most similar products available at the time of service and of similar value.

Terms and Conditions

This warranty is subject to the following Terms and Conditions:

1) Our products will not be covered under the warranty if:

a) It has been altered or modified in any way;

b) It has been damaged due to misuse, negligence, accident or improper operation;

c) It has been subjected to water damage, or extremes of humidity or temperature;

d) It has been purchased from an unauthorized dealer, or if unauthorized repair or service has been performed on the product.

 

2) Conditions for repair:

a) A request for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) is required prior to shipping the product for repair. This may be made in writing, email or by phone.

b) Your return must include a daytime phone number and return address;

c) A copy of the original purchase receipt and Return Authorization Number must be included along with a written description of the issue or defect;

d) Customer is responsible for paying shipping charges to the Base Audio Service Center.
